# Overview

> As a Node Operator, you contribute GPU compute power to Dispersed and earn RENDER rewards for completed work.

## What You'll Need

* A machine with an NVIDIA GPU (RTX 3000 series or newer recommended)
* At least 1TB disk space
* [Ubuntu ](https://ubuntu.com/download)**22.04** or **24.04** for Linux users, **64-Bit Windows 10** or **11** for Windows users
* Installed [**Docker**](https://docs.docker.com/get-started/get-docker/) (Docker engine version 25.0 or higher)
* `disNet`  (Dispersed client)
* Fast and stable internet connection (speed of at least 300 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload)
* An OTOY account
